✓  All items purchased in Karat World Online Store shall be replaced in any of Karat World Physical Stores nationwide.

✓ All items purchased shall be replaced only if the item has manufacturing defects.

✓ This warranty does not cover neglect and abuse, natural wear and tear or stone loss.

✓ Replacement is applicable within 14 days from the date of purchase.
