Guarantees and Service Plans


DO YOU OFFER ANY GUARANTEES ON YOUR MERCHANDISE?

Karat World’s Diamond & Gemstone Certificate of Guarantee accompanies merchandise containing diamonds, rubies, sapphires or emeralds. Several diamonds sold at Karat World are certified by gem laboratories such as GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGL (International Gemological Laboratory). To maintain your merchandise in usable and wearable condition, we provide FREE jewelry cleaning in all our stores. For jewelry repairs including ring size adjustments, refinishing, soldering, polishing, gold plating, resetting and the likes, a minimal fee is charged. Chain and earring locks are also available. Visit any of our stores to know more of our jewelry services.

Yes, we do international shipping via Fedex.

Ring Sizing and Engraving


DO ALL RINGS COME IN THE SAME SIZE OR ARE THERE DIFFERENT SIZES AVAILABLE?

We have a variety of ring sizes available at karatworld.net. We also offer ring resizing services incase your preferred size is not available online. Ring sizing service can take up to (20) additional business days. Learn more about Ring Sizing in the Education tab of our website. 

Incase your ring size is not listed, you may visit the Karat World store nearest you so we can verify if we can accommodate your sizing requests. 

DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING?

Karat World offers engraving services on selected merchandise. For a price quote on specific engraving requests, please visit the Karat World store near you. (Engraving is not available on karatworld.net)

Custom Design


IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE A RING ONLINE? DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM JEWELRY SERVICES?

Payment Options


You can settle your accounts using your credit card or via bank transfer. Online payment is also available via PayPal. Transfer Instructions can be found in the Check Out page of our online store.

You may indicate where your packages will be shipped. Karat World ensures ultimate security for all our packages.

Pickup to a Karat World Store

Pick up when it's convenient for you for FREE and get advice and answers from our jewelry pros.

You will get an email or text when your purchase arrives at your chosen location. You have 30 days from the day we sent the email to pick up your purchase. For security purposes, the online customer registered in the billing information is the only authorized person to pickup the items. You will need to present the sales invoice and a valid ID. 

Ship to Your Door

You can have your package shipped directly to you. We ship orders via our trusted couriers; Air21, LBC, and Fedex.

Delivery Terms

  • All items are packed securely.
  • All parcels are insured.
  • Standard delivery time ranges from 3-5 business days for Metro Manila and 5-10 days business days for deliveries outside Metro Manila.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you an email - and a text, if you choose that option - for your tracking number and estimated arrival date. Using the tracking number, you can monitor the delivery progress on the assigned courier’s status page on their website

    Estimated Arrival Date

    As much as we like to be as accurate when calculating the estimated date of your purchase arrival, there are some factors that may affect the delivery timeframe. 

    • Delays in credit approval
    • Weather delays
    • Other shipping/vendor service disruptions

    The Estimated Arrival Date varies for services such as:

    • Ring sizing and engraving services.
    • Custom jewelry or personalized items.

    Exchange Policy

    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with any other jewelry found in our store within 14 days at any Karat World store found in various malls. For our watches in original condition (unworn and unaltered), and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents, it may be exchanged within 14 days at Karat World stores carrying watches. Custom designed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Before going to any of our stores, please make sure to bring with you the original copy of the Sales Invoice of the merchandise you wish to have exchanged.

    Our Merchandise

    Details (karat, stone type, size, length, gold color, etc.) of merchandise sold in our Online store can be found in the description beside the jewelry image in the sub-category page. There may be items in our Online store that cannot be found in our physical store and vice versa. All our fine jewelry is crafted and made of precious metal such as gold. It is of value and is pawnable (pawnshop appraisal value is relative).

    Wedding rings sold in karatworld.net is priced per piece. Our merchandise is sold by the piece and never per gram.

    We believe that every jewelry item is unique. Craftsmanship and design is integral in every piece of Karat World jewelry. Our diamonds are all natural and never lab grown.
