1. Eligibility
- The G.E.M Personal Shopping service is available to customers who reach out through Facebook Messenger for a tailored shopping experience.
2. Service Process
- Get In Touch: Customers initiate contact via Facebook Messenger and receive a response outlining the shopping process.
- Explore and Select: Customers may explore jewelry options through the online catalog or inquire about custom sourcing. Assistance from a personal shopper is available through virtual sessions or scheduled in-store visits.
- Make It Yours: Customers can finalize their purchase through a provided checkout cart for in-stock items, or a payment link for custom orders.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments must be completed and verified before items are shipped.
- Payment links will be provided based on the items selected, with a separate link for custom orders.
- For custom or sourced items, once details are confirmed, a payment link will be issued to the customer.
4. Delivery
- Karat World provides a 48-hour delivery service within Metro Manila and a 5–10 day delivery timeframe for locations outside Metro Manila, starting once payment has been confirmed.
- Customers will be notified upon dispatch, and delivery timeframes may vary based on location and availability.
5. Return Policy
We have a seamless 14-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 14 days after receiving an item.
- Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all care cards, diamond certificates (if applicable), and original packaging intact. The original sales invoice is required as proof of purchase.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact info@karatworld.net. If the return is accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. 6. Replacement Policy
- In-Store Purchases: Items purchased in Karat World physical stores can be replaced at any Karat World location nationwide within 14 days of purchase if they meet replacement criteria due to manufacturing defects.
- Online Purchases: Online purchases may also be replaced at any physical store nationwide within 14 days of purchase, under the same defect-related conditions.
- Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues arising from neglect, abuse, natural wear and tear, or stone loss.

7. Refund Policy
If a return is approved, a refund will be processed.
- Eligibility for Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
8. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and assist in resolving it.

11. Limitation of Liability
Karat World is not responsible for delays or issues in delivery arising from unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or logistics disruptions.
12. Privacy
Customer information shared through G.E.M Personal Shopping will be handled per Karat World’s Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
