Sparkle Together Raffle Promo

  1. This promo shall be open to customers who purchase items at Karat World branches, satellite stores, and Official Online Store (www.karatworld.net)
  2. Karat World employees, external suppliers, and relatives up to the second degree of affinity are not eligible to join the promo.
  3. For a minimum purchase of PhP 10,000 on 2 or more eligible jewelry items in a single transaction, customers earn one raffle entry. Get extra entries for every additional PhP 10,000 spent. This offer excludes Disney Enchanted, Disney, and Pixie collections, as well as Ring guards, and Gold Polishing cloths.
  4. Purchases made from online deal sites (Lazada, Shopee, et.al) and resellers are not eligible for the promo.
  5. Customers may submit multiple entries based on the number of eligible transactions they make.
  6. The winning customer’s transaction should not be in dispute at the time of the raffle draw.
  7. Eligible customers are required to fill out the raffle registration form: https://forms.gle/UVt1tFSGHUx9UBxs7 or scan the QR code below. The eligible customer must ensure that he/ she receives the confirmation that his/her raffle entry has been successfully submitted. The deadline for the submission of the raffle registration form shall be until January 10, 2024.
  8. One (1) winner will be awarded a 3-days, 2-nights stay at Amorita Resort Bohol in Bohol, complete with a relaxing massage and a private dinner for two. 
  9. Raffle draw will be held at Karat World One Ayala on January 26, 2024 to determine the one (1) winner via electronic raffle website, www.wheelofnames.com.
  10. The raffle draw winner will be notified by the Karat World Team via registered mail, email, and SMS, including the mechanics for the claiming of the prize. The raffle winner shall have until March 28, 2024 to claim the raffle prize. 
  11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity programs which Karat World may organize from time to time in connection with the Promo.
  12. The customer will receive the raffle prize in the form of a travel voucher under the name of the raffle draw winner. The raffle prize is not convertible in cash and non-transferrable.
  13. By joining this promo, the Karat World customer confirms that he/she read, understood and agreed to the mechanics including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.
  14. The winning customer authorizes Karat World to disclose and publish his/her name, photos, and other particulars determined by Karat World to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as Karat World may deem appropriate.
  15. All questions or disputes regarding the Karat World’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by Karat World’s Authorized Law Firm. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of Karat World shall be conclusive, with the approval of the DTI.
  16. Promo period will run from Oct 13, 2023-January 7, 2024.
